ABOUT ME

I’ve been passionate about Pilates for nearly a decade—it’s been the foundation of my own fitness and wellness journey. My practice supported me through every stage of life, including my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and it has shown me how powerful mindful movement can be in building both strength and resilience.

I became mat Pilates certified to deepen my knowledge and to share this practice with others. My teaching style is all about creating a balance of strength and flow—helping clients connect with their bodies, build confidence, and feel empowered through movement.
