Every session is completely personalized to you—your body, your goals, and your level. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or deepening your practice, each class is designed to meet you where you are and build from there.

What makes these sessions unique is the focus on mind–body connection. Through dynamic, low-impact movements that layer and flow, we’ll target every part of your body in a way that feels intentional, balanced, and energizing. The result? You’ll leave feeling stronger, longer, and more grounded—not just physically, but mentally too.

Private sessions are especially supportive if you’re rebuilding strength postpartum, looking for consistency in your fitness routine, or carving out mindful movement in the middle of a busy day. Every detail is tailored to help you tone, sculpt, and strengthen while also reducing stress and reconnecting with yourself.

PRIVATE 30-MINUTE SESSION

Whether you’re joining me from the comfort of your home via Zoom or meeting me in person in Manhattan, my private sessions are designed to help you move with intention, strength, and ease.

My 30-minute express class is rooted in mindful movement and Pilates-inspired techniques, focusing on two muscle groups. Each session flows seamlessly from one focus area to the next, building strength and stability through dynamic, low-impact sculpting moves. No equipment is required, making it easy to practice anywhere

PRIVATE 60-MINUTE SESSION

Whether you’re joining me from the comfort of your home via Zoom or in-person (NYC only) my private sessions are designed to help you move with intention, strength, and ease.

My 60-minute full-body session is both rooted in mindful movement and Pilates-inspired techniques. Each session will target each muscle group; abs, glutes, legs, and arms. This class flows seamlessly from one focus area to the next, building strength and stability through dynamic, low-impact sculpting moves. No equipment is required, making it easy to practice anywhere, anytime.
